技术股份化是近几年来经济领域关注的新课题。它的实践正在推动经济理论的发展。本文试图运用解析方法求证技术股份化中遵循的经济学原理 。
The technology stock is being concered recently in the field of economy.The application of it is promoting the economic development.The essay analyses the economic principles followed by the technology stock,and proposes the function value theory .
