高校实验技术队伍的学历、职称、年龄等结构的现实状况 ,严重制约着创新型人才培养 ,迫切需要加强实验技术队伍建设 ,从思想观念与思维模式、实验室管理体制 。

The current structure of the experimental and technical team, composed of their degree, title of technical post, age, etc., severely limits the cultivation of creative talents. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of the experimental and technical team and to carry out reform and creation in levels such as ideas and thinking modes, system of laboratory administration, administrative system of experimental and technical staff and so on.
