摘要 通过月球巡视器的任务分析,指出了巡视器设计中遇到的难题。针对这些难题,在系统工程方法的基础上,借鉴多学科设计优化的思想,提出了月球巡视器的系统设计优化方法。该方法基于月球巡视器的约束条件,在系统层和产品层两个层面开展设计优化,每层分成三个阶段。系统层强调系统设计,保证系统方案的最优,产品层强调单机或部组件设计,确保产品方案最优。嫦娥三号巡视器通过该方法的应用,使其在满足多项约束的前提下各项性能指标达到最优,也验证了该方法的正确性和合理性。此方法对功能复杂、约束严格的航天器具有一定的参考价值。 Lunar rover's mission analysis is carried out and some obstacles in the design are iden tilled. Lunar rover's system design and optimization method is proposed based on system engi- neering method and multidiscipline design and optimization method is referenced. The method is based on lunar rover's constraints; design and optimization is performed in two layers, system layer and product layer, and each layer is divided into three stages. The system layer focuses on system plan and its optimization, and the product layer focuses on equipment and assembly plan and their optimization. The application of the method on the Chang'e-3 lunar rover design makes all specifications optimized in compliance with the many constraints. And the validity and ration- ality of the method is verified. The method can benifit to those spacecraft with complex functions and strict constraints.
