摘要
农村金融救济是 2 0世纪 30年代救济农村的重要举措。这一活动对今天的农村经济建设有以下三点启示 :( 1)筹建完善的农业金融制度是农业经济持续发展的保障 ;( 2 )推动农民组织化、农产改良和农产品商品化应是农村金融业的重要经营原则 ;( 3)
The financial charity in the rural areas was an important measure taken in the 1930s. It gives us an inspiration in 3 ways in the economic construction in today's rural areas. (1) To establish a perfect agricultural financial system is a guarantee for the steady development of agriculture; (2) To get the peasants organized, and to improve and commercialize agricultural products is an important operating principle of the rural finance; (3)To consider many restricting factors when making the financial charity yield well.
