少年女子短跑400米项目的训练量安排

摘要 本文介绍了少年女子400m跑训练负荷安排的发展过程和现状以及在负荷安排方面争论的焦点,得出少年女子400m跑的训练量安排主要是由速度、耐力和中跑运动员所需的耐力组成。少年女子400m跑是一项富有挑战性和艰苦性的比赛项目,少年女子400m跑运动员同时兼顾短跑和中跑运动员的特征,所以在训练量的安排上与传统的短跑负荷安排是不同的,要介于短跑和中跑之间。这个结论具有很强的训练应用和实践价值。 The development process and the present situation and the focus of the debate in terms of load arrangement of female teenagers 400 meters run were introduced in this paper.It is concluded that female teenagers 400 meters run in reference to arrange the amount of training mainly by speed,stamina and the endurance of athletes.Female teenagers 400 meters run is a challenged and tough game,female teenagers runners both have the sprints and characteristics of the short-distance and mid-distance runners,so it is different on the amount of training,which is set between the short-distance and mid-distance run.This conclusion has a strong training application and practical value.
