体育游戏是在体育运动的基础上,综合人体的跑、跳、投基本工作,并根据全民健身和学校素质教育的需要,而开展的游戏活动。体育游戏的运用可以提高学生学习的积极性,能营造一种和谐的氛围,不仅使学生在愉快轻松的氛围中掌握体育知识,还可以锻炼身体和提高身体素质和心理素质,能有效促进学生的身心发展。现代体育教学改革的一个重要方面,就是注重体育教学的方式,发展学生的个性,使学生在学习过程中获得愉快的情趣和放松的心境,从而提高体育教学的实效性。

The sports game is based on sports,comprehensive human run, jump, basic work, and according to the needs of the national fitness and the quality of school education,and to carry out the activities and games. Application of sports games, can improve students＇learning initiative,to create a harmonious atmosphere, not only to make the students master the knowledge of sports in the happy and relaxed atmosphere,still can exercise and improve the physical quality and psychological quality, can effectively promote the physical and mental development of students. An important aspect of modern PE teaching reform, is to pay attention to the physical education teaching mode,the development of personality of students, enable students to obtain the good taste and relaxed state of mind in the learning process, so as to improve the effectiveness of physical education.
