Analysis of the factors of affecting consumer demands and suggestions

通过对消费需求影响因素的分析 ,指出了收入增长缓慢、社会保障体系不完善、农村市场难以开拓、有效供给不足与产品相对过剩的矛盾都制约了居民消费的扩大。在此基础上提出了如下建议以扩大消费需求 :1 完善社会保障制度 ,多渠道增加居民可支配收入 ;2 改善消费环境 ,调整消费政策 ,引导居民正确的消费观念 ;3 调整经济结构 ,增加有效供给 ,以满足居民多层次。

By analyzing the factors affecting consumer demands, this article presents the slow growing of citizens′ income, the imperfections of social security system, the difficulty in developing rural market and the contradiction between the inadequacy of effective supply and the relative overproduction restricting the further consumers′ demands. Then, it offers some suggestions as follows: First, to perfect social security system and increase inhabitants′ disposable income by various means. Second, to improve consumption environment, to adjust consumption policy and induce proper consumption concept. Third, to readjust economic structures and increase effective supply so as to meet the multilevel and personal needs of the consumers.
