据统计烘炉能耗占汽车涂装车间能耗的30%左右,烘炉设备是涂装车间的耗能大户,企业节能减排的实现可以从降低烘炉设备的能耗出发。本文从烘炉能耗分布出发,从工艺改进、设备改良和车间生产管理三方面阐述涂装车间烘炉的节能措施。

According to statistics ,oven energy consumption accounts for about 30% of the energy consumption in the automobile coating workshop.Oven equipment is the major energy consuming of coating workshop. To achieve energy--saving emission reduction,company can take action from reducing the energy consumption of oven equipment. From the distribution of energy consumption of oven, this paper describes the energy--saving means of oven in coating workshop from three aspects of process improvement,equipment improvement and workshop production management
