正确认识技术进步和增加就业的辩证关系

Dialectical Relations on Progress in Technology and Increase of Employment

马克思在《资本论》中阐述了技术进步、资本有机构成提高对劳动力需求的影响。从短期看 ,技术进步、资本有机构成提高必然降低资本对劳动力的需求 ,不利于扩大就业 ;但从长期看 ,这意味着提高劳动生产率、增加积累 ,能实现扩大再生产 ,促进相关产业的形成和发展 ,增加就业。现实也证明技术进步和增加就业存在着既矛盾又统一的辩证关系。我们必须从我国的实际出发 ,以市场需求为导向 ,利用技术进步 ,促进经济结构调整和优化 ,发展经济 。

In Das Captital,Marx explained the influences of the technological progress or the improvement of the capital organic constitution on the requirement of labour force. In the short term,the technological progress or the improvement of the capital organic constitution will inevitably dlecrease the capital's requirement of labour force and be unfavourable to increasing employment.But in the long run,they mean raising labour productivity,adding to accumulaton,enlarging reproduction,helping the relative industrials to be formed and developed,and increasing employment.It is proved in the fact that there are dialectical relations,both contradictory and unified,between the technological progress and increasing employment.From the reality of our country and with the guide of the market requirement,we must take full use of the technological progress,and improve the adjustment and reorganization of the economic structures so as to develop our national economy and solve the problems of employment once and for all in our country.
