摘要
为适应培养应用型创新人才的需要,产学研联合培养研究生的模式已逐步形成,但对于其中双导师制度的建构以及导师地位的确定等尚处于建设和摸索阶段.本文针对现存问题,并结合东北林业大学机电学院研究生培养实例,从联合培养模式、导师地位的确立与标志、成果归属等方面进行了分析,提出了学校对于广学研联合培养研究生应给予相应的政策支持.
In order to meet the need of training creative talents,University jointed with industries to training the graduate students pattern has been gradually formed. But the double tutorial system and determine the construction supervisor position is still in construction stage.In this paper,aiming at the existing problems,and combining with the case study of students training in the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Northeast Forestry University,put forward the school for cooperative education, graduate students should give corresponding policy support,through analyzing the United training mode,establish and sign,ownership of achievement and so on.
