后路椎体截骨复位植骨内固定治疗脊柱胸腰段陈旧性骨折

Posterior vertebral osteotomy erd uction and bone graf t and internal fixatoi n in treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

目的：观察后路椎体截骨复位植骨内固定治疗脊柱胸腰段陈旧性骨折的治疗效果。方法：选择2010年2月～2012年1月我院收治的脊柱胸腰段陈旧性骨折患者45例作为研究对象，均接受后路椎体截骨复位植骨内固定治疗。术后随访18个月，对比治疗前后患者疼痛程度、后凸畸形角度的变化。结果：所有患者术后切口均达到Ⅰ期愈合，未发生切口感染、内固定松动、断裂等严重并发症。与治疗前对比发现，患者治疗后VAS评分明显下降，后凸畸形角度明显减小，差异具有统计学意义（ p＜0．05）。结论：对脊柱胸腰段陈旧性骨折患者采用后路椎体截骨复位植骨内固定治疗，手术效果满意，患者疼痛和畸形均得到一定程度的改善。

O bjce tive：To observe the effect of posterior vertebral osteotomy reduction and bone graft and internal fixation in thoraco -lumbar fractures treatment effect.Methods：Choose 45 cases from Feb.2010 to Jan.2012 as research object, give posterior vertebral oste-otomy reduction and bone grafting and internal fixation .After 18 months, compared the changes before and after treatment with pain , ky-phosis angle .Results：All patients postoperative incision were healed without serious complications , incision infection , internal fixation loosening, fracture.Compared with before treatment , VAS score decreased kyphosis angle decreased , the difference was statistically sig-nificant （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Thoracolumbar fractures were treated by posterior vertebral osteotomy reduction and bone grafting and internal fixation operation , satisfactory , pain and deformity were improved .
