口腔单纯疱疹的临床表现与治疗分析

Oral herpes simplex analysis of clinical manifestations and treatment

目的：观察口腔单纯疱疹在临床中的主要表现，并探讨相应的治疗方法。方法：选取2012年3月～2013年4月期间我院收治的100例口腔单纯疱疹患者作为本组研究的观察对象，将所有患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例，治疗期间给予观察组患者综合治疗方法，给予对照组患者过氧化氢基础治疗，并分别于治疗第3天、5天、7天进行复诊，综合比较2组患者的治疗情况。结果：所有观察组患者在经过综合治疗后，临床表现均在7天内有所改善或者痊愈，总有效率高达100％；对照组患者中有27例临床表现有所改善或者痊愈，其余23例治疗无效，后期给予综合治疗，总有效率为54％。结论：6岁以下幼儿是口腔单纯疱疹的高发人群，临床表现比较明显，通过给予全身抗感染治疗、外用思密达、雾化吸入α干扰素等疗法手段治疗效果非常理想，值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective：To observe of oral herpes simplex mainly displays in the clinical , and corresponding treatment method is dis-cussed in this paper .Methods：Selection in March 2012 to April 2013 our hospital during the period of 100 patients with oral herpes sim-plex as the observation object of this study , all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 50 patients during treatment group patients＆#39;comprehensive treatment , control group patients＆#39;hydrogen peroxide foundation treatment , and respectively in the treatment of 3 d, 5 d, 7 d for appointment , comprehensive compare the situation of treatment in two groups of patients .Results：All obser-vation group of patients after treatment , clinical symptoms were improved or recovered within 7 d, the total effective rate up to 100%;There were 27 cases in the control group patients clinical symptoms improved or recovered , the rest of the 23 cases treatment was invalid , the late give comprehensive treatment , the total effective rate was 54%.Conclusion：Children under 6 years of age is oral herpes simplex , high-risk groups are the obvious clinical manifestations , by giving a general anti -infection therapy , external use , dense , atomization in-halation of alpha interferon therapy means such as the treatment effect is very ideal , should be worth popularizing in clinical use .
