缺血性心力衰竭病人不同血清胱抑素C水平对近期预后的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)水平对缺血性心力衰竭(心衰)病人近期预后的影响。方法:选取2012年9月~2013年9月在我院就诊的96名缺血性心衰病人作为研究对象,根据他们的血清胱抑素C水平的高低,把他们分为2组:高CysC组和低CysC组。对病人的治疗情况进行时限3个月的观测。比较2组病人在3个月内出现心血管事件、死亡情况及复发或者出现并发症再次住院的情况。分析心衰组病人体内的胱抑素水平的变化对患者体内的BNP、肌酐、c反应蛋白等物质含量变化造成的影响。结果:病人出现缺血性心衰之后,高血清CysC组病人与低血清CysC组病人的情况比较起来,在心血管疾病的发病率、死亡率和病人病发再次住院率方面的数据有明显差异,得出的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);相关分析显示血清CysC与肌酐、脑钠肽(BNP)呈显著正相关(P〈0.05)。结论iCysC水平和缺血性心衰病人近期预后有紧密的联系,血清CysC基本可以作为缺血性心衰病人近期预后的预测因子。
