摘要
自然法学之所以对人类社会产生巨大的影响 ,由其以下特质所决定 :一是自然法学中所蕴含的自然法观念和人本主义精神 ;二是自然法学十分重视法律的价值 ,将法律视为人类追求真、善、美的载体 ;三是自然法学的基本理论对人类社会的专制和不平等有着非凡的反抗的勇气。事物都是一分为二的 ,自然法学也不例外 。
Natural law has had an enormous influence on human society, which is d etermined by the following features: First, natural law contains the concept of natural law and humanism. Secondly, natural law lays great emphasis on the value of law and it deems the law as the carrier for human pursuit of truth, goodness and beauty. Thirdly, the basic theory of natural law has distinguished courage to revolt against the autocracy and the inequality in Human Soc iety. Philosophy tells us everything consists of two parts. Natural law is no ex ception. The concomitants of its advantages are its inevitable disadvantages. So several disadvantages of natural law are analyzed.
