通过对国内市场和中国中小企业现状的分析 ,指出中国中小企业实施顾客满意度战略的必要性及对策建议。顾客满意度的基本思想和主要内涵。
Through the analysis of the present conditions of the medium and small enterprises in domestic market,the author points out the necessity of the Chinese medium and small enterprises’customers satisfaction degree strategy and its counter-measure.The fundamental ideas of the customers satisfaction degree and its main content.
