试论机器翻译实现的可能性

ON THE FEASIBILITY OF MACHINE TRANSLATION

作者认为，要使机器翻译达到实用的目的，人工参与是不可避免的，并指出我国的机器翻译研究工作要全面考虑，统筹安排。

The author is of the opinion that to achieve the practical purpose of machine translation, manual participation is inevitable. It is also pointed out that research work on machine translation should be given overall consideration, uniiied planning and arrangement, and reshuffling.
