摘要
作者结合我国高校和在职人员用户教育的实际，论述了四个方面的问题：1．用户教育的连续性和层次性，2．目标和目的的确立与教育的评价，8．用户的需求，4．用户教育中的启示性、自导性和实用性。
The author makes a discussion of combination with the actual conditions learning in China and for personnel on and stratification of user education; four problems oi user education in of education in higher institutions of the payroll. They are： 1, continuity 2, the establishment of targets and ..aims, and the assessment of education; 3, the demands of users; and 4, the ：~eatures of enlightenment, self-tutorship and practicality in user education.
