摘要
作者结合我国高校和在职人员用户教育的实际,论述了四个方面的问题:1.用户教育的连续性和层次性,2.目标和目的的确立与教育的评价,8.用户的需求,4.用户教育中的启示性、自导性和实用性。
The author makes a discussion of combination with the actual conditions learning in China and for personnel on and stratification of user education; four problems oi user education in of education in higher institutions of the payroll. They are: 1, continuity 2, the establishment of targets and ..aims, and the assessment of education; 3, the demands of users; and 4, the :~eatures of enlightenment, self-tutorship and practicality in user education.
