摘要
研究了25Cr3MoA 钢离子氮化层经高温离子注入复合表面处理后的氮分布、组织和磨损性能。结果表明,与单一离子氮化处理或离子氮化和氮离子低温注入复合处理相比,复合处理时选择合适的高温注入温度,可获得耐磨性能更好的改性层。
The nitrogen distribution,microstructure and tribological properties of ion nitrided layer in 25r3MoA tool steel implanted with nitrogen ion at a temperature range of 150~350℃ are studied.It is showed that compared with the single ion nitriding treatment or the ion nitriding and conventional temperature ion implantation treatment.properly higher implantation temperatures may provide better modification layer.
