Strategic Target and Route Selection for Developing Modern Service Industry in Shanghai:Based on View of Centering in Yangtze River Delta and Serving the Whole Country

本文从长三角区域经济一体化的视角对上海加快发展现代服务业的必然性、必要性进行分析,在对上海现代服务业SWOT分析的基础上,明确上海现代服务业立足长三角,服务全中国,增强国际竞争力的战略功能和战略目标,依据上海的区位优势及产业发展机遇,探讨上海发展现代服务业的路径选择,为上海培育和发展具有产业集聚效应和辐射效应的现代服务业提供决策依据。

The paper analyzes the inevitability and necessity to speed up the development of modern service industry in Shanghai from the angle of regional economic integration in Yangtze River Delta. Based on SWOT analysis of Shanghai modern service industry, it definitely elaborates the strategic function and targets for Shanghai’s modern service industry to center in Yangtze River Delta, serve the whole country, and enhance the international competitiveness. Meanwhile, it indicates the development route selection and provides decision-making suggestion on fostering and improving the effectiveness of agglomeration and diffusion for modern service industry according to regional advantages and development opportunities in Shanghai.
