关于淮河文化研究的几点思考

Reflections upon Huaihe River Culture Research

文章通过对安徽淮河流域文化万象的梳理与盘点,力求全面、系统地展现千万年来流域人民创造的五彩缤纷文化,再现其走过的曲折坎坷道路,客观地指出其对中华传统文化形成、发展、繁荣作出的贡献。为提振流域人民的文化自信心,建设文化强省,提供必要的历史借鉴和智力支撑。

Based upon in - depth analyses of the culture of the Huaihe River basin within Anhui province,this paper aims at revealing an overall picture of the colorful cultural representations created by generations of the people living along the Hua- ihe River and their developing process of hardships and fi-ustrations. Employing sufficient specific evidence, this paper argues that Huaihe River culture has made a significant contribution to the formation,development,and flourishing of China＇ s tradi- tional culture. With the questions concerned elaborated upon and well clarified, Huaihe River culture research is believed to furnish historical references and intellectual support to the improvement of the self - confidence of the people living along Hua- ihe River and also that of the cultural strength of Anhui province.
