摘要
为解决蓝牙设备对"北斗"卫星无线测定服务(RDSS)的干扰问题,设计了一款"北斗"射频芯片并流片,重点从系统架构、高线性模块电路设计两个方面实现。实测结果表明,该芯片在蓝牙环境下能够很好工作,整机性能不会下降。该芯片的推出将解决长期困扰RDSS接收机的蓝牙干扰以及未来4G移动网络的干扰问题,促进"北斗"的广泛应用。
A radio frequency integrated circuit(RFIC) for BeiDou is designed and fabricated for reducingthe interference of Bluetooth for BeiDou RDSS. The system architecture and high linear circuits are themost important aspects to realize the RFIC. The test results show that, the RFIC works perfectly withoutany performance drop under the environment of Bluetooth. It's expected that the problem of the interfer-ence of Bluetooth, even 4G signal can be solved, which is a long-standing puzzle, and the application ofBeidou can be accelerated.
