摘要
对计算微带电路S参数的改进谱域Prony方法进行研究,分析比较时域有限差分法(FDTD)中波端口激励方式和模式端口激励方式,提出采样间隔选取标准,然后通过几个实际的工程算例来讨论改进谱域Prony方法的性能。数值结果表明,在非常小的采样间隔条件下改进谱域Prony方法仍可以准确计算相位常数和S参数。
The improved spectral domain Prony's method that calculates S-parameters for microstrip cir-cuits is investigated. Mode-port excitation technique and wave-port excitation technique in the finitedifference time domain method (FDTD) are analyzed and compared. A sampling interval selection criterionis proposed. Several practical engineering examples are provided to demonstrate the performance of the im-proved spectral domain Prony's method. Numerical results show that the phase constant and S-parametersstill can be accurately calculated under very small sampling interval condition with the improved spectraldomain Prony's method.
