摘要
测量了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维在不同温度下经不同时间热老化后的特性粘数、端羧基含量和断裂强度。PET纤维的特性粘数降和端羧基含量增长基本符合一级反应的规律。建立了PET纤维断裂强度变化的动力学方程,断裂强度随时间的变化为三级反应,断裂强度变化的表观活化能为135.7 kJ·mol-1。
The intrinsic viscosity、content of carboxyl end group and fracture strength of Polyethylene tereph-thalate ( PET) fibers were measured after thermal ageing .The results showed that the intrinsic viscosity degradation and the growth of carboxyl end group content of PET during the thermal aging is first order reaction .Fitting is made to the loss of strength and found that the strength loss of PET fiber is third-order reaction and the apparent activation energy is 135.7 kJ· mol-1 .
