摘要
根据企业实际需求,对某型号双牛头电火花机床平滑枕结构的静、动态特性以及轻量化进行研究,在外形结构尺寸和所用材料的约束下,通过对不合理筋板结构的改进和针对主要尺寸参数灵敏度分析的基础上,最终得出优化设计模型。仿真分析结果表明:优化后的模型在确保静、动态特性的基础上,轻量化效果明显,质量减轻达12.07%。
According to the enterprise actual demand,the static and dynamic characteristics,lightweight analysis of smooth pil-low structure of a certain type of double tauren EDM machine were studied. In the situation of material and structure size constraints, based on improvement on unreasonable reinforcing plate structure and main size parameters sensitivity analysis,optimization design model was gotten. The simulation analysis results show that the optimized model ensures static and dynamic characteristics,and has ob-vious lightweight effect,weight loss amounts to 12.07%.
