摘要
排土机经过半个多世纪的发展自动化程度日益发达,而司机室调平系统依旧是手动控制,控制精度较差。为了提高其控制精度,对手动控制进行改进,并在改进的基础上设计一种司机室自动调平系统。以其工作原理及结构参数为依据,建立了调平系统的数学模型和AMESim仿真模型,分别对原系统、改进系统及自动控制系统进行仿真。仿真结果证明了改进系统稳定性优于原系统,验证了自动调平系统的可行性,节省了实验费用,为司机室调平系统设计、改进提供了理论依据。
After more than half a century,the spreader has developed,while its cab tuning system is still manual controlled and the control precision is poor. In order to improve the control accuracy,the manual control was improved and a kind of automatic tuning system was designed for cab based on the improved system. According to its working principle and structure parameters,mathematical model and AMESim simulation model were established for the automatic tuning system of cab. The original system,the improved sys-tem and the automatic control system were simulated. The simulation results prove that the improved system stability is better than the original system,and the feasibility of automatic leveling system is verified. The experiment cost is saved. It provides theoretical basis for the improvement design of cab tuning system.
