摘要
我国船用油水分离器大多采用离心、重力、过滤分离技术,体积大、分离效率较低,尤其对含有乳化油成分的污水分离无法满足MEPC.107(49)决议以及新国标规定的环保要求。为此进行创新设计,通过综合采用波纹板聚结分离、多孔介质分离和超滤分离的组合分离技术,设计出一种体积小、自动化程度高、适合小型船用油水分离设备。目前,该设备已投入批量生产。
Most of Chinese marine oil-water separators with large-size and low-efficiency,which adopted such techniques as filte-ring,gravity and centrifugal separation,especially with the separation method for polluted water having oil emulsion,were unable to meet the resolution IMO-MEPC.107 (49 )and the new environmental protection requirement by ISO Standard. Therefor,a small-sized,high-automatic marine separator suitable for oil-water was designed by innovation process and by integrated applications of com-binational separation techniques of corrugated plate coalescence,porous medium and ultrafiltration membrane. At present,the equip-ment is put into batch production.
