摘要
针对沟槽型节流缓冲装置缓冲过程进行理论分析,建立了缓冲过程的数学模型,并通过MATLAB软件对其缓冲过程进行仿真,分析了沟槽节流缓冲装置各个参数对缓冲效果的影响。仿真结果表明:所建立仿真模型能够反映液压缸的缓冲过程,为沟槽型缓冲装置的设计提供一定的理论依据。
On the basis of theoretical analysis of the cushion process of the hydraulic cylinder with grooved type cushion,a math-ematical model of the cushion process was developed to simulate the cushion process based on MATLAB. The impact of structure pa-rameters on cushioning effect was analyzed according to the simulation results. It provides theoretical basis for the design of cushion structure.
