摘要 以磁流变液智能材料为载体,通过控制磁流变液的流变特性,形成各种磁流变液控制阀,近年来已成为研究热点,并有望在传统液压行业得到应用。综述了近年来国内外关于磁流变阀的主要研究成果,介绍了磁流变阀的工作原理,并从磁流变阀的结构优化设计以及性能分析这两方面进行了详细分析,同时介绍了课题组关于磁流变阀的最新研究进展。最后总结了磁流变阀在液压传动中的应用基础研究。 In recent years,with the emergence of the smart fluids,the hydraulic servo systems based on the smart fluids are paid much attention to. Especially to control rheological properties of magnetorheological (MR)fluid,various controllable valves are devel-oped. The development situations of MR valve were analyzed and summarized according to the research results at home and abroad. The working principle of the MR valve was introduced. The structure optimization design and performance analysis were also expounded in detail,at the same time,the new progress of a group were also introduced. Finally,the applications of the MR valve in the hydrau-lic system were also summarized.
