细胞骨架力学模型的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 确定细胞骨架的结构和力学特性,建立和完善细胞骨架力学模型,是研究细胞在外界机械刺激下的复杂力学响应的关键。基于高分子物理观点的细胞骨架模型,为研究细胞的变形和生理功能提供了良好的平台,成为这一领域的热点。早期的细胞骨架力学模型,如泡沫模型、张力整合模型和索网模型等,在模型形态和应用上存在不足。近期的细胞骨架模型,如Coarse-grained模型和Brownian dynamics模型等,大都采用随机方法建立模型,对细胞骨架成分的考虑更加全面,更加接近细胞骨架的真实状态。
