At the turn of the century,the new ideas and theories about enterprise′s management and administration emerge in an endless stream.Currently lean production is the most fashionable and advanced administration model of enterprise and it is the entrepreneurs′ same hunting aim to establish lean enterprise. Finally, it expounds chiefly how to establish lean enterprise and some problems that should be taken care of when lean enterprise is established.
