摘要
为探索烤烟生产减工降本、提质增效的技术措施,研究了散叶烘烤和挂杆烘烤对烟叶质量和产量的影响,并对其经济效益进行了综合分析。结果表明:(1)每50 kg鲜烟叶散叶烘烤可产生干烟10.14 kg,较挂杆烘烤增加1.70 kg,散叶烘烤的不列级干烟较挂杆烘烤减少0.81 kg,产值增加59.34元,均价提高3.02元/kg;上等烟率、桔黄烟率分别提高13.60%、9.60%。(2)散叶烘烤较挂杆烘烤产值增加3 628.61元/炕,但降低能耗的效果不显著。
In order to explore the measures for saving labor force and energy,and improving quality and efficiency,the effect of loose curing and traditional curing on tobacco leaf quality and economic benefits were studied.The results were as follows:(1 )The weight of dry tobacco baked with loose curing was 1 0.1 4 kg per 50 kg fresh leaves and was 1.07 kg higher than that of traditional curing,the weight of dry discarded tobacco leaves decreased by 0.81 kg/(50 kg)fresh leav-es by scattered leaf curing,and the output increased by 59.34 yuan/(50 kg)fresh leaves,and average price increased by 3.02 yuan/kg,rate of first class and orange tobacco raised by 1 3.60% and 9.60% respectively;(2 )The technique of loose curing could significantly increase 3 628.61 yuan per unit compared with traditional curing,while the effect on energy-saving was not obviously.
