Optimized drilling technology in gravel layer in North Yaken

摘要 亚肯北区第四系及库车组上部地层发育巨厚砾石层,导致钻井过程中蹩跳和钻井效率低下,在研究分析该区砾石层特征及钻井难点的基础上,从钻头结构参数和钻具结构及钻进参数等方面优化设计了大尺寸镶齿牙轮钻头及配套钻井工艺。钻井实践表明,亚肯北地区砾石层钻井过程顺利,砾石层段大尺寸牙轮钻头寿命长达404 h,机械钻速提高了84.62%,同时大幅度地减少了钻头使用个数,减少了起下钻时间,提高了钻井作业效率。对亚肯北区钻井提速方案的制定提供了技术指导和借鉴。 The extraordinary thick gravel layer in Quatemary system and upper formation of Kuche member in the North Yaken cause stick-slip and low efifciency during drilling. Based on study and analysis of feature of gravel layer and dififculty of drilling, the the-sis optimizes and designs insert roller bit with large size and matched drilling technology in aspects of drilling bit parameter, drilling rig structure and drilling parameter. The drilling practice indicates that the drilling process in gravel layer of the North Yaken is successful. The service life of roller bit with large size in gravel layer is up to 404 hours and rate of penetration is increased by 84.62%. Meanwhile, the number of bits needed is greatly reduced, the time of tripping is decreased, and the efifciency of the drilling is also improved. The study provides guidance and reference for making the scheme to improve the drilling speed in Northern Yaken .
