摘要
连续循环钻井技术是近年来出现的一项新技术,该技术能够实现接单根或立柱期间钻井液的连续循环。钻井液的连续循环是通过一组防喷器组成的密闭腔内对不同闸板腔的开启和关闭来实现。通过对连续循环钻井过程中防喷器组工况的分析,结合常规钻井防喷器的特点,确定了该防喷器组的整体结构形式,介绍了防喷器无侧门螺栓连接结构的设计、耐磨前密封的设计、试制和试验、卡瓦闸板的设计、闸板开关状态检测装置的设计情况以及整机样机制造及现场试验情况。现场试验表明,该防喷器组的设计基本达到了预期的目标。最后根据连续循环系统现场试验情况提出了下一步的改进方向。
Continuous circulation drilling technology is a new technique appeared recently and it can realize a continuous circula-tion of drilling lfuid during joint connection and column erection. The continuous circulation of drilling lfuid is accomplished through the opening and closing of different ram cavities in closed cavity made of a group of blowout preventers. The thesis determines the overall structure of blowout preventer and introduces design of bolted structure without the side door; design, trial manufacture and testing of wear-resisting front seal; design of slip ram; design of ram status detector; manufacturing of the whole machine prototype; and situation of ifeld tests. The ifeld tests indicate that the BOP stack can achieve expectant goal basically. In the end, the thesis puts forward the further improvement direction according ifeld test of circulation drilling system.
