苏里格气田井下节流器积液过程分析与研究 被引量:8

摘要 苏里格气田气井普遍采用井下节流工艺,随着气田的开发,气井压力和产量逐渐下降,井下节流器无法排液,井筒产生积液现象,造成井底回压大,影响气井生产。为延长气井变为低产、低效井的时间,有必要对节流器的合理打捞时机进行研究。针对井下节流条件下的井筒积液及排除问题,采用软件模拟和生产、测试数据分析等方法,通过对井下节流井井筒积液流态分析、过程研究及不同积液程度下的主控机理分析,明确了造成节流气井压力、产量迅速下降现象的起点为节流器上段开始积液时,并以此为基础确定了苏里格气田积液井节流器的合理打捞时机,为生产现场节流器打捞时机提供了理论及实践经验。 The downhole throttle technique is wildly used in development of Sulige Gas Field. With gas ifeld development, gradual decrease of gas well pressure and output, downhole throttle cannot drain the liquid, causing liquid loading of well bore and large bottom back pressure, thus affecting the production of gas well. To prolong the period before the gas well becomes low productivity and low efifciency, it is necessary to study the reasonable ifshing time of throttle. For the liquid loading of well bore in downhole throttling condi-tion and problem solution, the methods such as software simulation and analysis of production and testing data, are adopted. The lfow pattern analysis of liquid loading of well bore under downhole throttling well, process study and analysis of main control mechanism under different liquid loading show that the starting point of rapid decrease of throttling gas well pressure and output is when the liquid loading of throttle starts and deifnes the reasonable ifshing time of throttle of liquid loading well of Sulige Gas Field based on this to provide theories and practical experience for throttle ifshing time on production site.
