PTEN和Syk在人大肠癌组织中的表达

摘要 目的:检测和分析PTEN和Syk蛋白在人大肠癌组织中的表达情况,探讨二者与大肠癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例人大肠癌组织及30例人正常大肠组织中PTEN和Syk的表达,分析二者与大肠癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:PTEN和Syk在人正常大肠组织中的表达阳性率分别为90%和96.67%,而在人大肠癌组织中的阳性率为36.67%和31.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两种蛋白的表达率均与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小和发生部位无关(P>0.01),但与大肠癌的浸润程度、淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度及临床分期负相关(P<0.01)。人大肠癌中PTEN和Syk的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.634,P<0.01)。结论:PTEN和Syk在人大肠癌组织中的表达与其发生、发展及浸润转移有密切关系,联合检测可作为判断人结直肠癌生物学行为的重要指标。 ObjectiveTo evaluate expression levels of PTEN and Syk in human colorectal cancer tissues and their relationshipswith the occurrence, development, metastasis, and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods:The expression levels of PTEN and Sykproteins in 60 cases with colorectal cancer and 30 health people were determined by the immunohistochemical SP method. Their corre-lations with clinic pathologic features were analyzed. Results: The positive rates of PTEN and Syk expression were 90% and 96. 67%in normal tissue, and 36. 67% and 31. 67% in the colorectal cancer tissues, respectively. The expression rates of the two types of pro-teins were significantly different between the two groups (P〈0. 01). The expression levels of the two proteins in colorectal cancer tis-sues were not associated with patient age, gender, tumor size or tumor location (P〉0. 01), but were significantly related with the dif-ferentiation degree of the cancer tissue, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, and Duke's staging(P〈0. 01). The expression ofPTEN and Syk showed positive correlations in colorectal cancer(r=0. 634, P〈0. 01). Conclusions: The expression levels of PTENand Syk in colorectal cancer are related to carcinogenesis, development, invasion, and metastasis. The joint detection of the two mark-ers can be used to determine the biological behavior and prognosis of colorectal cancer.揖
