氯吡格雷联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效及安全性评价

Effects and safety of clopidogrel combined with small dose of aspirin in treatment of acute ischemic cerebral stroke

目的:研究和探讨氯吡格雷联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效及安全性。方法:对156例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为两组,一组患者单用氯吡格雷和另一组患者使用氯吡格雷联合小剂量阿司匹林进行治疗,观察两组患者的疗效及安全性。结果:单用氯吡格雷治疗患者的有效率为83.3%,氯吡格雷联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗患者的有效率为87.2%。联合用药增加了危及治疗患者的生命出血危险(绝对危险增加2.57%)。结论:氯吡格雷联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效增加不显著,而增加了出血风险,安全性降低。

Objective：To study and discuss effects and safety of clopidogrel combined with small dose of aspirin in treatment of acute ischemic cerebral stroke. Methods：156 cases with acute ischemic cerebral stroke were randomly divided into two groups, where-in one group was treated with clopidogrel alone and another group was treated with clopidogrel combined with small dose of aspirin. The effects and security of the two groups were observed. Results：The effective rates of single clopidogrel group and clopidogrel combined with small dose of aspirin group were 83. 3% and 87. 2%, respectively. The drug combination increased the risk of life-threatening bleeding （absolute risk increased by 2. 57%）. Conclusions：Clopidogrel combined with small dose of aspirin in the treatment acute is-chemic cerebral stroke dose not significantly increase the effects, but increase the risk of bleeding and reduce the safety.
