后踝骨折的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 后踝是维持踝关节整体稳定性的重要结构,后踝骨折预后不良将导致踝关节稳定性丧失和继发性创伤性踝关节炎的发生,有关后踝骨折的诊断和治疗已受到学者的重视。近年来,相关领域的研究成果众多,该文就目前国内外有关后踝骨折的解剖和生物力学、受伤机制、诊断、治疗及术后康复等方面的研究进展作一综述,希望为后踝骨折的基础和临床研究提供一些参考。
