摘要 目的观察易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHRSP)在经历人工寒潮卒中前血浆TNF-α含量差异,从而探讨TNF-α能否预测高血压大鼠发生脑卒中。方法双肾双夹法制作RHRSP模型,经历人工寒潮并于寒潮前取血,酶联免疫吸附测定法检测血浆TNF-α含量。结果脑梗死组和脑出血组寒潮前TNF-α含量明显高于非卒中组,高血压各组血压与TNF-α成正相关。结论 TNF-α有可能成为预测卒中的分子标志物之一。 Objectlve To investigate changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rats (RHRSP) before artificial cold and the possible prediction value of TNF-α. Methods Two-kidney,two-clip methods were used to copy the model of renovascular hypertension in rats. The levels of serum TNF-α were measured by enzyme-linked imnmnosorbant assay before artificial cold. Results The seruna levels in cerebral itffarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group were significantly higher than those in the non-stroke group before artificial cold; the contents of TNF-α in hypertension groups positively correlated with blood pres- sure. Conclusions The serum TNF-α levels could be used as the prediction index of stroke.
