经皮肾镜碎石术中低体温对术后恢复影响的观察研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的 该文通过对经皮肾镜碎石手术病人围手术期情况的对比观察,探讨保持体温对手术病人术后情况的影响.方法 对沈阳军区总医院2011年12月-2012年11月实施经皮肾镜手术患者共112例进行观察.采用随机双盲法分为两组,每组56例.观察组:麻醉开始后,除术野以外身体部分覆盖双层大单外,还加盖充气式保温毯,将温度调节至36~40℃,直到手术结束,术中使用冲洗液及静脉输液均加温至37℃.对照组:术野以外身体部分覆盖双层大单,术中使用冲洗液及静脉输液不作特殊处理.观察两组手术结束后麻醉苏醒时间,麻醉后寒战发生,麻醉后躁动发生情况.结果 两组苏醒时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).对照组手术后寒战39例,观察组手术后寒战9例,两组数据差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01).对照组手术后躁动27例,观察组手术后躁动6例,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 该研究通过对112例手术病人围手术期情况的观察,发现低体温可以延长术后苏醒时间,并使术后出现寒战和低血压的机会大大增加.
