摘要
目的了解该院临床分离的肠球菌属的临床分布及对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法采用全自动细菌鉴定仪及配套鉴定与药物敏感试验试剂,检测临床分离菌的菌种分布、样本来源和构成比及对常用抗菌药物的耐药性及敏感性,并用WHONET5.4软件进行统计分析。结果 2010—2011年临床共分离到225株肠球菌,泌尿道分离的标本113株(50.2%),临床分布前三位分别是泌尿外科、重症医学科及新生儿科,粪肠球菌比屎肠球菌对大多数的测试药物的耐药率低,但对氯霉素及四环素的耐药率明显的高于屎肠球菌,未发现耐万古霉素及替考拉宁的肠球菌,此次监测发现1株耐利奈唑胺的粪肠球菌。结论不同种类的肠球菌耐药性差别较大,在治疗时,我们需根据药物敏感试验及耐药特点,合理选择抗菌药物治疗,防止出现替考拉宁、万古霉素及利奈唑胺耐药的菌株。
Objective To study the distribution and drug resistance of Enterococcus spp. isolated from clinics. Methods The distri- bution and sample constituent ratio and antimierobial susceptibility of bacterial isolated from inpatients was detected by BD - automatic identification of bacterial analyzer, and data were analyzed with WHONET 5.4 software. Results A total of 225 Errterococcus spp. strains were isolated from various clinical specimens from Januat7 2010 to December 2011, 113 isolates (50.2%) of which were isola- ted from urine. Clinical distributions of the top three departments were Urology, Critical Care Medicine and Neonatology. The drug re- sistant rates of Enterococcusfaecalis to most detected antimierobial agents were nmeh lower than those of Enterococcus faecitum except for tetracycline and eliloramphenieol. Vaneomyein - ,teieoplanin - and linezolid - resistant strain was not found. One linezolid - resistant Errterococcus faecalis isolate was reported in this hospital. Conclusions The differences of Enteroeoeei resistance is obvious, and the clinical treatment should be based on drug susceptibility results, so as to prevent the emergence of teieoplanin - ,vaneomyein - and linezolid - resistant strains.
