超声测量胎儿生长参数预测胎儿体重与临床公式法的比较 被引量:13

摘要 目的 与临床常用公式作比较,评价超声测量胎儿双顶径、头围、股骨长、腹围预测胎儿体重的准确性.方法随机选择临产前0~7 d、单胎、足月产妇200例.分别用超声法和临床公式法预测胎儿体重,与出生后实际体重比较,评价两种方法对普通足月儿及巨大儿诊断符合率的差别.结果 超声法和公式法对足月胎儿体重预测符合率分别为95%、84%,对巨大儿体重预测符合率分别为84.5%、75.7%,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 临床公式法和超声法均为预测胎儿体重的常见方法,临床公式法与超声结合是估计胎儿体重最好的方法之一. Objective To evaluate the accuracy of fetal weight estimated by ultrasonography measurement of biparietal diameter (BPD),head circunfferences (HC), abdominal circunfference (AC) and fearer length (FL), by comparing to the estimated fetal weight (EFW) with EFW predicted from the commonly clinic - used fornmla. Methods 200 cases of pregnant women who would be in labor in 0 -7 days with a single child and full-term were randomly selected. The fetal weights were predicted through both ultrasonogra- phy measurement and relevant formula. Then the EFW with the actual fetal weights after delivetry was compared,the differences of the accordance rate in diagnosis accuracy from different groups were analyzed. Meanwhile, the differences between the two methods were compared in 200 fetal macrosomia. Results Among the prediction of fetal weight (EFW) of 200 pregnant women,the matching rate of ultrasonography way and the formula method were 95% and 84%. For birth weight of macrosomia,the accordance rates of the two meth- ads were 84.5% and 75.7% respectively. There was significant difference between the two methods (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Both of calculation way and ultrasonographic method are the traditional methods to predict birth weight of full-term fetus,the combination of which is the best method.
