应用高速涡轮钻辅助拔除上颌第一磨牙的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高速涡轮钻分根拔除上颌第一磨牙的优越性。方法将需要拔除上颌第一磨牙的96例病人分为两组,一组采用高速涡轮钻分根拔牙(实验组,n=50),另一组采用传统劈凿分根拔牙(对照组,n=46),比较两组患者在拔牙时间、术中疼痛、术后并发症等方面的差异。结果两组患者拔牙所用时间、术中疼痛程度、术后并发症的发生方面均有显著性差异。与劈凿分根法相比,涡轮钻分根法可明显缩短手术时间,减轻患者拔牙术中的痛苦和拔牙术后的疼痛肿胀反应。结论对于需要拔除上颌第一磨牙的患者,建议应用高速涡轮钻分根拔除法。 Objectlve To evaluate the superiority of high-speed turbine handpiece applied in maxillat7 first molar extraction. Methods 96 patients whose nmxillary first molar needed to be extracted were randomly assigned to two groups. 50 patients had the roots of the nmxillary first molar divided by high-speed turbine handpieee before extraction. 46 patients had the roots divided by chisel. The opera- tion time, intraoperative pain and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The data showed the opera- tion time,intraoperative pain and postoperative complications of the two groups had significant difference. Using high-speed turbine handpieee would shorten the operation time, relieve intraoperative pain and reduce the incidence of complications after extraction. Con- elusion High-speed turbine handpieee is recommended for maxillary, first molar extraction.
