80例脑梗死患者记忆障碍的调查分析

Cerebral infarction memory disorders: an analysis of 80 cases

目的调查住院脑梗死患者的记忆情况,分析脑梗死患者记忆障碍的特点和规律。方法以该院收治的80例脑梗死住院患者为观察组,另选择该院同期健康体检者80例为对照组。采用《临床记忆量表》甲式分别对两组对象的记忆功能进行检测调查。统计两组对象量表各维度的得分值、量表总分及MQ值。同时,观察并统计观察组患者脑梗死病变范围及病变区域与记忆障碍的关系。结果观察组量表总得分及MQ得分的平均值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。多灶脑梗死组患者的平均量表总得分及MQ得分均低于单灶脑梗死组患者(P<0.05);左侧和双侧脑梗死组患者的平均量表总得分及MQ得分均低于右侧脑梗死患者(P<0.05);皮层脑梗死组患者的平均量表总得分及MQ得分均低于皮层下脑梗死组患者(P<0.05)。结论该组脑梗死患者存在记忆障碍症状,且脑梗死患者记忆障碍程度与脑梗死病变范围及区域密切相关,多灶脑梗死,左侧、双侧脑梗死及皮层脑梗死患者的记忆障碍较为严重。

Objective To investigate the memory of hospitalized patients with cerebral irffarction,and to analyze the characteristics of memot7 impairment of cerebral infarction patients. Methods 80 cases of cerebral infarction inpatients of out＂ hospital were assigned as observation group,the other 80 objects who came for health examination in our hospital as control group. We tested both groups with clinical memory scale in memory function. Statistics of two groups＇ scale scores of each dimension value, scale scores and MQ value were taken. At the same time,we observed the relationship between the lesion and memory impairment. Results in the observation group the total score and average MQ scores were lower than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. As for multifocal cerebral irffarction patients,their average total score and MQ scores were lower than those of single focal cerebral irffarction patients （P 〈 0.05） ; As for pa- tients with left and both-side cerebral infarction their average total score and MQ score were lower than the patients with right-side cere- bral irffarction （P 〈 0.05） ;As for patients with cortex cerebral irffarction their average total score and MQ score were lower than pa- tients with subcortical cerebral infarction（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Patients with cerebral irffarction have memory disorder symptoms, and the degree of memory disorders is closely related to the scope and area of cerebral infarction. Patients with muhifocal cerebral in- farction,left-side cerebral infarction,bilateral cerebral infarction and cortex cerebral infaction have more severe memory disorders.
