摘要
介绍了五孔探针的设计和加工方法,详细地给出了具体的加工工序和注意事项。研究了探针的标定理论和标定方法,尤其是变马赫数标定方法以及标定后拟合多项式的误差分析方法。提出的加工方法和标定方法,能够为五孔探针的研制起到较好的指导作用。
The design and manufacture method for five-hole probe is introduced in this paper,and the manufacturing procedure and important proceeding are presented in detail.The calibration theory and the calibration method for probe are deeply investigated,especially the variational mach number calibration method and the error analysis for fitting multinomial.The proposed manufacturing and calibrating method can be guidance for the development of five-hole probe.
