摘要 轴向拉伸试验是测量材料力学性能的主要手段。本文介绍了一种新的视频引伸计,并给出了利用这种视频引伸计测量材料轴向拉伸变形的视频引伸计测量系统,对测量方法进行了说明。利用该系统对金属材料标准试件进行常温、静载试验,测量其应力-应变曲线,并与使用常规机械式引伸计测量得到的数据对比,验证了本文所提出的视频引伸计的测量性能。本文所提出的视频引伸计测量系统能够实现对材料轴向拉伸力学性能的非接触、在线、高精度测量。 Axial tensile experiment is the main way to measure the mechanical properties of materi-als.A new video extensometer used for measuring the axial tensile deformation of materials is proposed in this paper,and a video extensometer measurement system is introduced.Then,the measuring method is elaborated.The performance of the video extensometer is tested by stretc-hing a metal standard specimen loaded by steady load at room temperature,and the stress-strain curve under the system is measured.The result is compared with the data that measured by a normal mechanical extensometer.The video extensometer measurement system can precisely measure the axial tensile mechanical properties of materials in a non-contact,on-line way.
