Status and Countermeasures on Vegetable Production and Processing Industry in Xiang'an District of Xiamen City

从品种布局、产业体系、设施条件和质量安全体系建设等方面解析了翔安区蔬菜产业的竞争力,剖析了翔安区蔬菜产业存在的问题,提出了应从提高产业集中度,发展规模经济;完善区域布局,发展一村一品;建设质量追溯体系,提高市场竞争力和加强农业新技术的推广应用等五方面的发展建议。

We introduced the competitive advantages of developing vegetable cultivation in Xiang＇an district from the perspectives of cultivar layout, industry system, facility condition and quality security system, and analyzed the existing problems in vegetable industry in Xiang＇an, at the same time, we gave five suggestions, including developing scale production of vegetable processing industry, improving the area layout of vegetable production and encouraging the development of characteristic agriculture, perfecting quality traceability system, improving marketing network, and promoting the popularization and application of new agricultural technology.
