摘要
汽车前门内板、后门内板是车身中制件型面比较复杂的钣金件,在生产过程中制件稳定性较差,出现起皱问题不易解决,导致车间生产停线以及增加制件报废率等问题,现采用氮气缸代替原气垫压力及顶杆工艺,起皱有了很大的解决,提升了生产效率,降低了整车成本。
