摘要
介绍了一款继电器罩壳类深筒件的注射模,塑件形状较简单,筒深壁薄,外观要求较高。模具采用定模两面侧向抽芯机构,浇注系统为点浇口,脱模机构采用脱料板推出。设计利用拉板、微动开关控制行程,机械手取点浇口,实现全自动化,模具生产效益高,安全可靠。
This paper introduces the shells a relay cover tube parts of injection mold, plastic parts shape is simple, deep cylinder wall thin, cosmetic requirements is higher. Mold set were adopted to two side core-pulling mechanism, gating system for point gate, demoulding mechanism adopts the stripper. Design using the pull board, micro switch control, take point gate manipulator, realize fully automatic, mold production efficiency is high, safe and reliable.
