Design of Injection Mold for the Mobile Phone Front Case

以手机前壳体塑件的注射模设计与制造为例,通过对成型后塑件出现的缺陷进行分析,提出了改进措施。经过浇注系统的重新设计和加工,成功解决了成型压力不足、塑件变形、飞边(披锋)及杂色的问题。

This thesis describes a mold with a traditional injection system leading to a deformed, edged and stained front case of a plastic hand drier. It gives advice of improvement on various aspects of the design of the mold, especially its injection system based on the analyses of the causes. The improved mold with a newly developed injection system solves various problems. especially the inadequacy of the injection pressure in the producing process so that to ensure qualified products.
