儿童分离性焦虑测评方法研究现状 被引量:5

摘要 随着儿科护理的不断发展,医务人员对于住院患儿的心理照护意识已逐渐提高.有研究表明,对于儿童面言,尤其是学龄前儿童,与父母分开是患儿住院期间最大的压力源[1].而在PICU、部分儿科病房,由于条件及环境限制,使得住院期间必须实行无陪护制度.住院期间与父母分开会直接引起患儿的分离性焦虑,从而影响患儿的依从性以及心理健康.分离性焦虑是指儿童与依恋对象分离或面临分离威胁的情况下,表现出恐惧、焦虑紧张、不安等情绪反应,并伴有一系列的行为表现.国外研究显示,住院无陪伴患儿出院后会很长一段时间出现心理调适困难及行为变化[2].分离焦虑严重或持续时间长的患儿可能发展成为分离性焦虑障碍.
